Main scope

• Support Balara Municipality to develop and endorse health policies at palika level in line with the changed context harmonizing with provincial and federal health policy.

During the policy development  following activities will covered:

• Establish policy working group in local level.
• Involve in gap analysis
• Involve in tools development for Focused Group Discussion and in depth review as per required
• Organize stake holder consultation meeting
• Identifying the issues and conduct policy workshop formulating policy statements.
• Draft policy preparation and submission of the final draft to the Local Government.
