Background
This assessment focuses on three rural municipalities in Taplejung District: Aathrai Tribeni, Maiwakhola, and Yangwarak. It targets adolescents, women of reproductive age, and children under five and evaluates RMNCAH services.
Stakeholder engagement will occur at three levels:
- Community Level: Includes pregnant/postpartum mothers, adolescents, persons with disabilities, Dalits, ethnic minorities, FCHVs, and local leaders to capture diverse perspectives.
- Institutional Level: Involves government representatives, health facilities, and NGOs to align services with local needs.
- Policy Level: Reviews national, provincial, and local policies on RMNCAH, GEDSI, and inclusivity.
The scope will be refined during the inception phase in consultation with AHF and AF Nepal.
